Around the Bay in a Day® is
Riders taking part in the challenge also have the opportunity to go the extra mile and raise money for official charity partner The Smith Family. Last year these riders raised a record figure of over $500,000 for The Smith Family.
At the conclusion of the ride, there are a number of free activities at the Alexandra Gardens Start/Finish Site including live music and entertainment, roving entertainers, corporate hospitality, food and beverage facilities, and sponsor displays and giveaways. Register NOW!
The Around the Bay in a Day® 2008 and Jayco Herald Sun Tour will again be the cornerstones of the Melbourne Cycling Festival, with Victoria’s two iconic cycling events coming together to create a major weekend of cycling-centric activity in Melbourne, along with the GO Bike Expo from 17 – 19 October 2008 inclusive. The GO Bike Expo will be a free activity showcasing all aspects of the cycling world.
